ADAMANT© is a resin bonded high performance diamond grinding wheel. It is available in grit sizes P80, P220, P600 and P1200 in diameters of 250 and 300 mm.

Disc design:
We have filled punched cavities of a porous PU coating with a diamond-abrasive mixture. After a certain grinding time, your samples even have full contact with the PU coating, which ensures the best possible sample cooling. The PU coating wears evenly with the abrasive bodies. As soon as metallic bright spots appear, the service life is reached.
The carrier plate is made of brushed and stainless 1.4016 with 3 practical recessed grips. It is clicked onto the magnetic working disc.
Conventional discs have a uniform abrasive coating geometry. However, the discs always wear slightly more at the centre of rotation than at the outer diameter. Our pad geometry has been optimised for uniform wear.
Purchase without risk:
For your first order, we will only invoice you after 4 weeks. You have ample time to test the disc. If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied, you can simply send it back to us. In this case, you will not be charged for the disc.
